Stephen “Steve” Lincoln
Operations Manager
Steve joined Tender Lawn Care at the end of summer in 2015 as our new Operations Manager and took over our Mowing Management and Snow Removal Service crews. Steve has been in the landscaping business off and on since High School in Baileyville, Maine working for the Recreation Department and has experience in almost all aspects of landscaping from mowing to hardscape. Steve enlisted in the Army National Guard as Military Police in 2007 and has deployed twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Steve remains active the Army National Guard helping to protect our country. Steve lives in Bucksport with his wife and three children.
Lance and Paula Cote
Owners and Managers
Lance and Paula are proud to be the managers of TLC – and the new owners since September 2012! A Husson College graduate in Business Management, and a BRLI Graduate in 2005, Lance has 18 years of experience in service, retail, and wholesale for the Construction and Landscaping industries, including 10 years selling building materials and contractor supplies. When he’s not giving his all for TLC, Lance volunteers for the Bangor Soccer Club and the Brewer Parks and Recreation Department. He also enjoys his duties as an Eastern Maine Basketball League Administrator. Paula Cote works as a nurse for Eastern Maine Medical Center’s NICU and for New England Home Healthcare. When she’s not caring for others in the medical field, she’s in TLC’s main office caring for our customers and helping out with the company’s day-to-day management. Lance and Paula live in Brewer with their two children, Jacob and Madison.
