Steve joined Tender Lawn Care at the end of summer in 2015 as our new Operations Manager and took over our Mowing Management and Snow Removal Service crews. Steve has been in the landscaping business off and on since High School in Baileyville, Maine working for the Recreation Department and has experience in almost all aspects of landscaping from mowing to hardscape. Steve enlisted in the Army National Guard as Military Police in 2007 and has deployed twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Steve remains active in the Army National Guard helping to protect our country. Steve lives in Bucksport with his wife and three children.

Lance and Paula are proud to be the managers of TLC – and the new owners since September 2012. A Husson College graduate in Business Management, and a BRLI Graduate in 2005, Lance has more than 20 years of experience in service, retail, and wholesale for the Construction and Landscaping industries. When he’s not giving his all for TLC, Lance volunteers for the Bangor Soccer Club, Brewer Parks and Recreation Department and the Brewer High School All Sport Booster Club. He also enjoys his duties as an Eastern Maine Basketball League Administrator. Paula Cote is an RN and worked as a nurse for Eastern Maine Medical Center for over 20 yrs. She currently works as an RN for Aetna Health and for New England Home Healthcare. When she’s not caring for others in the medical field, she’s in TLC’s main office caring for our customers and helping out with the company’s day-to-day management. Lance and Paula live in Brewer with their two children, Jacob and Madison.

Damon began working at Tender Lawn Care in January of 2017 as part of the sidewalk snow removal and lawn mowing crews. Since then, he has worked his way up into our Lawn Mowing and Sales Manager positions. With now 10 years of commercial mowing experience, Damon oversees the daily lawn care operations during our warmer months and can be found plowing and/or salting during the winter. Damon is in charge of reaching out to potential new clients, while also making sure our current customers are entirely satisfied with the services we are providing. As a graduate of the University of Maine at Machias, Damon owns a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. When not at work, he enjoys sports and the outdoors. Damon lives in Bangor with his girlfriend and their 4 cats.

Andy has been with TLC for over 5 years as a part-time associate and holds a full-time job as a retail manager. He possesses a degree in Landscape and Nursery Management from the University of Maine. As a landscape professional with 20+ years of experience in residential and commercial settings, Andy takes pleasure in creating landscape designs that complement each individual customer’s home or business. Whether he is adding flowering plants to your gardens or adding mulch to your gardens, Andy always enjoys the time spent improving the beauty and curb appeal of your property. When he has free time he enjoys spending it with his wife and 2 kids.
